These are replacement arm pads for the Generation chair.  They are not OEM, but they are OEM quality , arm pads are available in black, and for height adjustable only, NOT FOR THE HIGH PERFORMANCE ARM OPTION.  Generation height adjustable arm pads only adjust up and down only.  High performance Generation arm pads are multi-directional.
